I have the webroot disc but lost the case so i dont know the key on the back.... how do i get it back?

Contact Webroot here, provide your customer data and they will give you your key again - it's a custom key that only you can use.

You can request for your key again and they will send it back to you through your email.
You can file you request through this link : http://www.webroot.com/updates/redownload/index.php

You can go to this page:

and request to have the code emailed to you.

If you did a default install then it should be in C:\Program Files\Webroot. If you have lost it the drop an email to the really helpful guys at Webroot Support Team <[email protected]> who will provide you with a new download linkf or the app and your unlock code if you send them your name, email address and approx date when you first obtained it.

Try going to the help screen in the program and there should be a spot that says update or repair. Do this first the program may just be out of date or in need of a self repair. Updates on virus systems should be run at least once a month.

any chance you can upload an image of the error and I would be tempted to un install spysweeper and re install it using the disc or re download it and enter the serial key.
You should be able to re download it from there website.
