I just did a fairly thorough survey of the web concerning that motherboard and came up with virtually nothing. Both the Winfast.com and Leadtek.com seem to be in collusion right now covering many similar motherboards as if they may have bought the original company Foxconn, however your particular model was not among those listed on either of the two sites that did cover the other Foxconn motherboards.
I'm sure someone somewhere has those on a CD or on a HD but it might be a long wait. I wish you good luck
