Most monitors get darker with age -- for a while you can counter this by turning up the Brightness and Contrast controls, but this only gives you a little extra time (and probably speeds up the decay process anyway).

for copy file check this one-------> CopyFile API

Screen colour not matching the printed pages

Unfortunately that's the age old problem of matching colors between computers and printers. Your printer is probably not the problem, that's why he couldn't fix it. Even though your monitor is set to default values it doesn't mean that your colors are correct as colors can vary from monitor to monitor and the color temperature is probably too high causing the colors to look lighter than the printout. The picture on the monitor may look good to you, but it's not set right for matching printer colors. Monitors use RGB (Red, Green & Blue colors) colors and printers use CYMK (Cyan, Yellow, Magenta & Black) colors and you have to make them get the results you want. You will have to do some tweaking of your monitor's settings to get it to match the printer output. Below are some links that will help explain things better and maybe help you adjust your monitor.

Acer AL11511

To even things out you need to use the controls on the monitor to lower the brightrnes. to acceptable levels. When playing a DVD there are seperate controls in the software and your graphics driver to adjust the Video Overly settings. Look for settings called gamma and brightness in the video overlay settings in the windows display properties panel. This should help even things out some. Deal is to crank down the brightness on the monitor and crank it up in the video settings in windows. It will make the DVD's brighter and rest of the time the regular screen darker.

Red faces

You will need a qualified TV technician for this, as there are no user servicable parts in your set, but there are hazardous voltages present, even when the set is off & unplugged.
