I had the same problem with another store with grass trimmers. i tried to take it back and they gave me the manufacture phone number and yes it was China. They accused me of using it wrongly. All i did was put gas and oil mixture in it and tried to operate it like others I purchased. It never ran ten minutes but when I took it back they said it was used. Then they said if I spent more money and buy a good one they would cover it. WHY SELL JUNK.

if your tv is on warranty take it back for another one the tv is factory defect.if in the future you need manual for your electronic items go to www.service-manual.net good luck.

ok, i own the 26in POS and about 7 months into ownership it becomes unresponsive to manual buttons and remote(except power). the conditions that may have caused this problem may have been heat.....BUT if you turn the ilo COMPLETELY off(no standby) for a day or two it should start working again. mine always has.

You can find your manual here by filling out the form. The name of the manual is IWT3206 and I found it by doing a google search by typing in manual for ilo IWT320. You have to fill out the form tho and I don't think it costs anything. Don't remember exactly the site I used to find mine but it was a free download. It came from a google search also.
