try to do this set of instruction & solution:
I am guessing that the toner waste container needs to be emptied (you can do it your self) and/or the sensor is acting up.

it has to be perfectly clean to reset the senser - water only will make it smear - must use dish soap to cut the black toner smudges... let it dry fully. (this had happened to my printer)

My 3175FW has same problem. None of the quick fixes worked. I took it to a service company. They tried a fusion unit, but that didn't fix it. Their estimate is that the printer needs a new power supply -- $300 before labor. Not worth it. Can't believe I spent that much money for a top quality printer (so I thought) and it lasted less than 2 years. Never again, Samsung.
What does the Samsung Smart Panel say? It normally tells you what the problem is. Is the waste toner container full? If so, the printer does not work untill you empty it and put it back. You do not need to buy a new waste toner container. This is my third CLP-310/315 so I know what I´m talking about. The problem with the Samsung Smart Panel is that it uninstalls itself and the icon disappears and you must then ask the computer to repair it. When the Samsung Smart Panel is not working, of course you have no information about what is wrong in the printer. This has happened to me three times.

I have exactly the same problem - any help would be gratefully received!
I have the same problem. When I first set the printer up, everything was fine. Printed a beautiful colour test page, tried to print from my two other computers as I have Printer Sharing turned on with my Mac OS and they also printed a B&W test page. Two days later, when I was about to get down to some work, no print? I looked and saw the red light was on in the symbol that looks like a network or greater than or less than symbol and when I tried to print I received the Low Heat, Recycle Power Error.
Tried unplugging, switching off 10 seconds, 10 minutes, 10 hours. Can't print a test page with the triangle test button, nothing. When the printer firsts cycles up and goes through test on startup all seems fine and the green light comes on, but after about 10 seconds there is a faint click that comes from inside the printer and the red light comes on. I did manage to get a Sample Page to print, the nice colour demo page, after fidddling and turning off and then immediately pressing the test print button while it was starting up, then green light stayed on for about 30 minutes and I managed to print a page showing the settings, but then the red light was back on. I am not sure this is a major problem, maybe something is sitting up against the lower toner, not sure. Any help or suggestions?
Samsung CLP-300 Laser Printer - The status is red and the priter won't print anything. The jobs are showing as waiting to print but the printer won't. The red toner light is also flashing even after new toner. Any ideas
