Hello,
My advice would be to see if your discharge hose is high enough, or too high... if too low or too high, the machine cannot empty the water correctly therefore would leave the wash load wet. I am assuming that the machine is spinning out, just not pumping all the water out. If this is not the case, I apologize for my misunderstanding. These machines are not my expertise.
Best luck
Joe
SOURCE: E20 error when starting tumble dry cycle
E20 on your machine means some sort of Drain problem. If it actually goes through the Spin cycle o.k. then there is most likely some water still not drained out at the time of the tumble dry. Check the drain to make sure it isn't clogged. also the drain hose.

The pump fiter is probably blocked.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Locate, and remove large black hose on bottom of tub.
Remove plastic filter inside, and clean.
Refit filter and hose.
Should now be o/k.
Before you do anything, lay the drain hose down into a bucket or bowl, and drain all the water out, so you do not have a flood when you remove the hose.
please rate my fixya solution.
Thanks.

OK, what you are experiencing is a timer mechanism fault. the timer motor is malfunctioning. anytime you have to manually advance the timer knob, this will signal a fault within the control mech. this is easily fixed by, replacing the timer control module. i will place a link to the actual part needed to fix this issue. you can also purchase this timer on line at this site if you wish.
