I launched a Google search for the manual. It returned the spanish version as a pdf document. II conclude that the one you have is also in pdf.

It is not worth it to convert a multipage pdf document into Word format. I tested this type of conversion using Adobe Acrobat Professional 9.0 and the results were dismal.

You can read and print a pdf with the free Acrobat Reader, SumatraPdf, and many more free dwnloadable programs. You can open it with OpenOffice.
But if you intend to cull parts of the document to make a shorter inhouse document, just use the print screen and copy to a Word document.
