Hi,

If you want to reset your facebook password, click "forgot password" link in the sign in page then you will be ask to enter any of the following:

Email address
Phone number
Username
Your name and a friends name

After entering the requested information, you need to click on "reset password" so that facebook can send you a confirmation emal for password reset.
