SOURCE: My Sony Bravia turns itself off Stand by red light blinks twice.
If you bought it brand new from a dealer, I would take it back or have them come out and look at it. Less than a month old, it is still under the 1 year MFG warranty or the very best a 30 day one.

This is either your LCD backlight, inverter/power board or both. Neither of which are serviceable by the consumer, unless a visual inspection of the power board shows swollen or ruptured capacitors. This you can do yourself and is the most likely problem. Just read the side of the capacitor and go to radio shack, or online to find the right replacement capacitor. When re soldering be sure your negative and positive leads are in the correct holes.

I have seen some information on the internet that leads you to believe that you need to perform a reset of settings from the remote. None of the methods provided seem to work. Blink code was supposed to indicate B+ over voltage protection, a short in the power supply or one of the circuits. But if everything has been replaced it could be that the reset might fix the blinking and return TV to normal operation. This does not seem to be the most likely problem since all four main boards were replaced (why would blink code remain if all of these have been replaced?) So far no one has responded to this problem.
