Uninstall the software from Spy Sweeper go to uninstall and look for Spy Sweeper and take it out of there. Or go to programs and see if it is an uninstall utility. I use Windows Security Essentials it is free and does all of it behind the scenes. You have to have a legal copy of windows and also pass the WGA in order to download it. The problem is people waste their money on software that is not necessary in today's computing world most of it is free and already built in or offered with Windows software operating systems. You do not need much more than this.
If you decide to load it anyway because you purchased it make sure that you go and check to see if you have anti-virus software installed that can be found in the control panel. If not you will also have to purchase external anti-virus software as well to work with this software. There are free ones to use or purchase. Your provider ISP may even have anti-virus free check your provider site to see if it comes with free anti-virus software. I would use Microsoft Security Essentials personally.
