Have you considered NOT connecting your camera to your computer? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.Have you considered NOT connecting your camera to your computer? Unfortunately, the easy way from Apple requires you to download an app that is installed on a separate device. Preferable a PC. Then you connect the Apple USB to PC cable between the two devices and use the app to either copy or move the files to the PC.
Once you have the files on the PC it is easy to move them to the flash drive.
There are several apps available at Apple and Google Play that allowyou to move or copy the files to a PC, but I am not aware of one that allows you to move them directly to a flash drive, even with the proper cables.
First you must download and install iTunes from Apple's website. Then copy your musict to iTunes app. And connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable.
Try connecting the phone to a different laptop; preferably a Windows one to see if that succeeds. The Sony website doesn't list any Apple MacOS drivers, so not sure if it will ever work.
Have you tried just connecting the computer to your apple ... via a USB cable ? Usually, after you connect it, iPhoto will open up and provide a view of all the pictures on the digital camera's memory. You can then (on the iPhoto screen) choose to download all the pictures, or select pictures to download.
HI. You will need to purchase a linking USB cable from the apple store that is designed for your unit. You may be able to purchase the cable from any electronics store, but I prefer to get it from the apple store, if possible. Once you have purchased the linking cable, simply connect one end to the device and the other end of the USB linking cable to the PC. Once the two are connected, the PC will notice the device and try to install the appropriate native software drivers for the unit to operate properly when connected to the PC. If that installation fails, you will need to install the appropriate software drivers need for your Pod unit. I tunes software will work just fine. Once the drivers are active, then you can transfer and upload media as you choose.
Go to the apple website at www.apple.com/itunes and download itunes (freely available for PC and Mac). Once intstalled it will allow you to access the ipod when you connect the ipod to your computer. You will then be able to download updates for the ipod. Also it will allow you to add music and other things.
Install itunes from apple on your PC, then connect let itunes find the photos that you have already put on the pc. Then connect the ipod to the pc and select synchronize
