I can't find my account from the "Find Your Account" page.
If you're having trouble logging into your account from the

most of the time if you want to add a address to your settings in this unit the quickest way is to goto the mio website and download the mio POI program plug the gps to the computer and do it this way is much more effiecint also i recommend backing up the gps files to your computer
