Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

I'm sorry but you are not actually talking to any particular manufacturer but a FixYa forum and the forum is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web. Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.

So-
Have a look at the manufacturer's panel, probably on the back- it might give you an indication there- or your manual?
Another possibility would be to go onto the manufacturer's web site DIRECT to see, OR your (intended) vendor's site?

If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.
Thanks and good luck!
John C

The ge front load washer want spin and it holds water what is the best thing for us to do

It has a separate water pump. Probably something got stuck in the pump and keeps it from turning and pumping the water out. You should be able to remove the bottom front to check that.

What liquids go in each resevoir?

Coolant in 50% concentration goes into the coolant overflow bottle. Windshield wiper fluid into the wiper fluid bottle. Power steering fluid into the power steering fluid bottle.
You do not need to add any other fluids to these. Do not add water to the washer fluid bottle for example, if you drive in a climate that would allow it to freeze.

The front seal of washer holds water and it smells!

As the Door Boot Seal is convoluted it will hold a certain amount of water when the cycle is finished

Have you tried placing a wad of kitchen roll into the area to soak up the excess water before you close the door ?

Draining extra water

Cut off the zip tie that holds the drain tube. Bring the drain tube as close to the ground as possible and siphon out the water - yes, that means sucking on that hose. Have a bowl handy to collect the water, or do it somewhere you don't mind getting wet. Just keep the end of the hose lower than the basin of water and you should have no problems.

Tray that holds fabric softner does not drain

I have had three sepaerate service calls and one independant analysis about this problem. For the whirlpool duet washer - this is a design flaw - nothing else - please notice that when you take the detergent tray completely out (and turn it upside down) a piece of plastic falls out but even if you put it back correctly the water only flows out into the washer - either washing everything away or leaving it behind - I have been told there is no fix.
