SDRB board is faulty.
[Resolution]
Replace the SCRB board and ground.
AND
SC122 occurs while scanning.
Does not occur when scanning at the same magnification; occurs when copying and enlarging.
[Cause]
Scanner motor is faulty.
[Resolution]
Replace scanner motor.
And one thing to check is to make sure the set screw that locks the cable pulley to the scanner drive shaft didn't back out or shear off.
