It can't get enough water so it flashers these lights
to tell you to turn your water on,
Your water valves are not fully opening to let enough water in.
You will need new water valves.
A common fault with F&P machines is in the water inlet valves. It is not afvisable to exchange the hot and cold valves because they are different. The faulty valve should be replaced. . Goodluck.....Nomess

A couple of tips from readers (Thankx!! ): ~ If you have a loose hose on the water level control or tank end, use a plastic wire tie to help hold the hose tighter and make a tight fit. ~ The water level tube (tube that runs from the square box), access panel on the outer drum where the bleach tube also ends) from the pressure sensor switch (front panel) can become clogged. Or the two holes from the outer tub into this square box panel on the outside of the outer tub can become clogged. Either clog, I am told by my help repair guy can cause the sensor to think that there is still too much water in the tub and so will not allow motor to activate spin. ~ If the water level control contact is bad, it may also stop the filling ok, but not tell the washer to start agitating.
turn off water
disconnect fill hose from tap
examine screen inside hose end for 'muck' blockage
clean screen
reconnect hose
test washer
if no fill
replace water solenoid valve
note: cold water valve fails first, it gets most use,
if only using cold water, you can simply swap the hot and cold hoses at the tap, and swap the hot and cold electrical connectors on the solenoid valves, the hot solenoid is no the cold one and the washer can be used, cold only, for about as long as it has operated thus far..
hi
it sounds like a faulty water valve, one way to check that is to connect the hot water hose to the cold tap and select hot water not cold and see if it fills if it does than it is the cold water valve faulty
