Unfortunately, this is a common problem with cell phones. It usually means there is a problem with the board. You could pay to get it repaired, but they would replace the board which would cost just about as much as the phone itself.
If you are the primary line then carrieres like Verizon may offer you an early upgrade if your rateplan is above a certain price point (if that's who your on). If not, you can do an insurance claim, if you don't have insurance then you will have to either pay full price for a new one, or purchased a used one.

That's a problem with the dispaly of ur phone just go to service centre and let them check its a hardware problem. and at the dame time ask them to flash ur handset.
