Have Sharp - AR-5516 and H5 error blinking on the screen. tried to go to the service mode (C-interrupt- # - interrupt) and enter 14 and then start button but wouldn't work. please need urgent help.

This code either low voltage. otherwise paper jammed frequenty about 3 or more time. we can reset the h5 error by # interrupt C interrupt then 14 and startkey. it will be ok..

1. Entering the simulation mode
Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"#" key "*" key "C" key "*" key

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

OR

"#" key "INTERRUPT" key "C" key "INTERRUPT"

Main code 14 Start key Sub code 0 Start key

2. Canceling the simulation mode
When the clear all key is pressed, the simulation mode is cancelled.
When the interruption key is pressed, the process is interrupted and the
screen returns to the sub code entering display.

* After canceling the simulation mode, be sure to turn OFF/ON the
power and check the operation.

Note: If the machine is terminated by a jam error or paper empty during copying in the adjustment by the simulation, recopying is required.

DO NOT CONTINUE RESET AS THIS CAN CAUSE A FIRE AND RUIN A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY.

More exactly what is your error? F2-02 or F2-04?
For F2-04 try to change toner cartridge or verify if the chip on the toner cartridge is correct positioned.
For F2-02 you must verify if toner sensor is not dirt, the toner sensor is positioned on back of developer unit, clean very well.

Check for jam paper in the fusing section.
(paper winding, etc.)
Check fusing unit installation
Clear the trouble with SIM 14.

To clear the trouble with SIM 14, enter the SIMULATION mode.

Enter # INTERRUPT C INTERRUPT, then hit 14 and the START key. Then hit either OK or START again.

Exit the SIM mode easiest by turning the machine off and back on again.
