I try to my console on and it does turns on for a second and then shuts itself off and blinks red. its not hot or anything and idk whats wrong with it. my only controller was dead could that be the...

blinkin red light usually means hardware failer the only 2 easy tricks to try that wont void your warrenty is
#1 remove the hard drive and boot it up without it and see if it boots and says no hard drive then shut it down and plug the hard drive back in if it works now then was just a drive error if it goes back to blinkin you have a bad drive.

#2 the fan test that also seems to clear any over heating or other blinkin light problems --- turn the ps32.gif off for 40 seconds by the switch on the back then hold down the eject button and flip the power switch back on while still holding the eject button and see if that clears it.

No sound and current read 0 amps reads 0 it is installed correctly it was workin before then quit the volt indicater started blinkin now the light is constant but no sound the volts reads 12.1

Check the fuse on the unit first, if fuse is good and you have power to the am you may have fried it. This is common when the speaker load is not adhered to prperly. Make sure your speakers are connected properly (2/4/6/8 ohms) and not exceeding the limits of the amp, this fries them 99% of this time.

Bluetooth

Try deleteing the device from your phone and try pairing it again. Also your Bluetooth may need a new battery or charging. they both have to have good signal to pair properly.
