Unfortunately, the prognosis is not good as this is the Dell advice for this code (and code 1000-0333).
"Remove any and all power sources Including but not limited to: AC Adapter, Battery, or Desktop Power Cord, before you remove or reinstall an item in your computer.
Remove and reinstall the video card on a Desktop Computer for this error codes(sic)."
As your Vostro is a notebook, (notebooks all have internal video "cards" built-in), you obviously cannot do this.
I would try to get an image on the screen by booting to any bootable media, which generally send video signals at the "lowest common denominator" quality to the video card/screen. If there's still no success, it looks terminal for the notebook, as either the CPU (with built in video) or motherboard is shot.
To help you troubleshoot the monitor 'No Signal' issue, please find the steps given below:
- Turn off your computer.
- Unplug the cable running from your monitor to your PC and plug it back in, making sure the connection is firm. The most common cause of this error is a loose cable.
- Re-attach the cable running from your monitor to your PC. If the monitor is still not displaying a signal after firmly reattaching the cable, the problem could lie with the cable, especially if the cable has visible damage.
- Replace your monitor with another monitor if possible. If the 'No Signal' error still appears, the problem does not rest with the cables or the monitor, but with your PC.
- Open your PC case and locate your video card. Remove the card and then replace it firmly in its slot or, if possible, insert the video card into another slot on your motherboard. A video card that is not making a firm connection will not display images to the monitor. Close your PC case and test the monitor again.
- Replace your video card completely. Your video card may suffer from internal damage that is not allowing it to output a signal.
If issue persists, it is recommended to contact your monitor manufacturer for further assistance.
If this error code was caused by a paper jam better could you tell what lead to this erro, unplug the power cable from the printer and clear the blockage. Open and remove the Clean out assembly from the printer and see if you have any particles left inside it. Plug in the power cable again and check if the Error Code has disappeared.
Remove the toner and shake it a little. You can put the toner back in the printer. If this does not fix the issue, Turn off the printer, unplug the power cable from wall outlet. Wait for 1 hour and plug the power cable and power on the printer
