SOURCE: Fujifilm S1500 broken battery door

Yes, but you would most likely (don't quote me) have to send it back to the manufacture to get it fixed. That means $$$, is there a way for you to tape it on? You really only need the metal piece/plate touching the batteries.

SOURCE: I dropped my Fujifilm s1000fd

It is possible that because you had trouble with the battery door not staying closed the intermittent power from the batteries has blown the fuse inside. Thats just a guess tho but my S1000fd also has a damaged door catch and I drilled a hole through the battery door and glued a nut where the catch used to be on the top of the battery compartment and fastened the door with a screw. Job done.
To fix your power problem would involve finding the fuse, or what ever has failed. Search online for a repair manual - shouldn't cost too much

SOURCE: My friend has a Fujifilm S 2500 wont turn on

I have similar problems, first it got off by it self all the time, when I was staring the zoom, then I went to Fuji. Afterwards the camera is starting and it goes off by itself. After 6 times it remains on

What's the problem and how to fix it fujifilm a100 10 mega pixel digital camera

Without more information about the specific problem you are experiencing with your Fujifilm A100 10 megapixel digital camera, it is difficult to provide a specific troubleshooting solution. Here are a few general tips that may help resolve common issues with digital cameras:
  1. Check the battery level and replace the batteries if they are low or depleted.
  2. Check the memory card for any errors or corruption. Try formatting the card or using a different card to see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Make sure that the camera is not in a mode that is preventing it from functioning properly (e.g., "Movie" mode when trying to take still photos).
  4. Check the camera lens for any dirt, dust, or debris that could be obstructing the image. Clean the lens with a microfiber cloth or compressed air if necessary.
  5. Check the camera's firmware version and make sure that it is up to date. If it is not, consider updating the firmware to the latest version.

Battery door won't stay closed on Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-S90 Digital Camera

The battery door latch is most likely damaged/broken. Try using a piece of duct tape to keep it closed. I've done this on several cameras with battery door latch issues & the doors stayed shut just fine.

Changed my computer but lost my cd for downloading my fujifilm A100 cameraam lost without it HELP

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Fujifilm finepix s700 is not turning on

OK

First check the battery door to make sure that it is closed properly. If you have a media door (the door which covers where the media cards are inserted) make sure that is closed properly. If this is the case then check that there is no plastic broken off. The doors contact with microswitches which allow the camera to turn on.

On the camera there is also a playback button. (green triangle) If you hold this and the camera turns on then your power switch is faulty.

Failing all of this then put some power into the camera via an adapter. If the camera turns on then it is likelly to be a battery fuse.

In all instances you will need to send the camera to be repaired at the fujifilm service centre. Web address below.
