Check and replace charge roller
Sc302 on the Ricoh Aficio 1015 is a charge roller current leak error. The most likely problem is the charge roller, which sits in the drum unit and provides a charge to the photoconductor. If you replace the charge roller (part #AD027018) that is probably going to take care of the problem.
If that doesn't fix it, the issue could be a bad high voltage supply board, which will be much more expensive to replace, so I'd recommend trying the charge roller first.
Dirty charge roller just clean it found in the PCU (photoconductor unit) but, problem occur again replace it. some of our unit will be solve by just cleaning the charge roller and the whole PCU assembly
If you have replaced new charge roller and High Voltage Board and problem appear sometimes you need to repace OPC Drum.
