Hold top and home button for 10 seconds
If you've reset it and it's still this "black" screen, then something's
wrong. If you can't get it serviced where you live then you're going to
have to mail it to someone who can get it serviced or ask Apple where
you can send it to for service. You're going to need proof of purchase
to get it serviced under warranty, though.
