The Maxi Cosi Foray is not available in the UK so we're unable to advise if the Quinny Buzz raincover will fit. We recommend you contact the customer care team in your country - visit www.maxi-cosi.com and select the country you're in, then use the "Contact Us" tab on the right side of the screen for your enquiry to go to the relevant customer care team to help.
We do not advise doing so. The Quinny Buzz seat unit should only be used with a Quinny Buzz chassis and likewise the Maxi Cosi Foray seat unit should only be used with a Maxi Cosi Foray chassis. A combination of the two has not been tested or approved for safety standards and we cannot guarantee the safety of using such a combination.
Yes you do need adaptors but the Quinny Buzz is supplied with the adaptors required when purchased brand new from a retailer. They are the same adaptors used for adding the Quinny carrycot onto the chassis.
You can purchase Quinny Buzz adaptors via your local Quinny retailer or direct from the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) RRP is 10GBP a pair plus 3.99GBP p+p if ordered direct. These adaptors will fit a Maxi Cosi CabrioFix, a Maxi Cosi Pebble, or a Quinny Folding Carrycot to the Quinny Buzz chassis.
The Quinny Dreami will fit onto an older style model, and likewise an older Dreami will fit on a newer chassis.
The adaptors used to fit the Dreami to the chassis are the same adaptors as for the Maxi Cosi Group 0+ carseat. They come with the pushchair, not the accessories, so if you no longer have the adaptors for your Buzz you will need to order a replacement set to be able to fit the Dreami. You can order via your local authorised retailer.
I assume that you refer to the Maxi Cosi Cabrio onto the Buzz chassis? When you purchase the Buzz, along with other extras, you will receive the Cabrio Adapters. These are clicked onto the chassis (this is in a hole where the seat unit would be if using that component) These adapters allow you to also click the carrycot onto the chassis.

Hi there, I've just had the same problem with a freestyle 3 xl (having lost the adapters for the dreami carrycot & maxi cosi car seat). I have been able to purchase adapters at £11 plus £3.99 postage & packaging from the Quinny UK stockists:
