Hello.
It can be one of two things:1. A power issue2. A firmware issue
1. In the first case the one thing you can do is to power off the device, unplug it, wait about 5 minutes and then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds with the cord unplugged. This way you will deplete the capacitors in the power section of the device. If that doesn't work it's most likely the internal power transformer or one of the capacitors is toasted. In this case you must go to pt. 2.2. In the second case you can't personally do anything because you must address the issue to a certified Samsung service provider in order to examine the issue and perform the firmware rewrite or the intervention needed to repair the device.

I was told by Samsung that it was the graphics card that was not good. Ours did the same exact thing.
