If you want to reset your Imate, just check a small button underneath, and by using your stylus, just press it gently to reset the system of your Imate.

i have imate jasjam have to changed my language from arebic to english, i have purchsed this mobile from dubai thats all are in arebic.

I'm not sure what model you have but i suggest checking out the PDF manual online.

If that isn't for the model you have, then just go to http://www.imate.com/support.aspx to download the manual for your phone.

There should be instructions in the manual for changing the language

I would go to the AT&T support site or HTC. from there you can download the firmware update file wich can try to recover the unit for you. from the sounds of it, it may be stuck in bootloader mode. either way, its likely you will loose your data and programs.
