Dear Sir:

Hello, I hope everything is fine, in union with your family.

I will try to help you, inmediately.

INSTRUCTIONS: You must be carefully to do this.

    • 1
Cleanand routinely maintain the running belt. The belt may be worn if the treadmillstops operating or trips the circuit breaker or fuse. Look for any tears in the belt.Test the belt by putting the treadmill at full incline. If it does not shutoff, you may need to replace the belt. You can try lubricating it first, butthe safest fix is simply to replace it.
    • 2
Tightenthe running belt if it is loose. A belt can slip if there is too much friction.Be careful not to tighten the belt too much, though. You should be able to liftthe belt at least 3 inches.
    • 3
Pushthe belt in the direction that it normally turns. Turn off the power before youstart. If the belt is difficult to turn, there is high belt/deck friction. However, if the belt moves freely, that's not the problem.
    • 4
Examinethe roller sleeve to see if it is centered on the running belt. If not, this couldcause the belt to move to one side. Often a common problem with treadmills, youcan try making adjustments yourself, but eventually you may need to replace thesleeve or roller.
    • 5
Stopthe treadmill and immediately unplug the power cord from the outlet if younotice a burning smell. Overheating could be a sign that there is too muchfriction or a short in the wiring. Examine the belt and deck for any signs ofwearing. If they check out alright, inspect the wiring. Replace any damagedparts as needed.
    • 6
Checkto make sure that the power switch is on if you suddenly lose power. If thisisn't the cause of the power loss, unplug the treadmill from the wall outletand individually test the fuses, breakers and switches. Test the wall outletfirst, as a fuse may have blown or a circuit breaker tripped.
    • 7
Allowthe treadmill to run at a speed of 2.5 mph without anyone walking on it if younotice fluctuations in the speed. The speed should be constant. If not, therecould be a problem with the motor.
    • 8
Testthe motor using a fully charged lantern battery. The motor should still operateat slow speed.
    • 9
Replacethe batteries in the panel if it dims. If the batteries aren't the problem, check to see that all the wiring is still intact. Sometimes a wire pulls loose.
Thank you in advance, sincerely. God bless you.
If you need further assistance, please reach me.

Microwave keeps blowing fuse as soon as plug into wall receptacle.

Just to clarify: With the door closed, the fuse will blow as soon as you plug the unit in? Have you checked all three microswitches? One acts as a crowbar.

Fuse keeps blowing immediately when switching on the treadmill, why does this keep happening?

A fuse is designed to prevent excessive current from flowing into a circuit. If the latter is not protected by the fuse, the excessive current can either cause some serious damage or the excessive current can overheat parts and perhaps result in a fire.

So, you are drawing too much current and that explains the small plume of smoke you experienced. If an electric motor runs slow because of excessive friction or load, it will use too much current, overheat and burn out the windings. Disconnect the motor and attempt to run the unit with the motor disencumbered. If the new fuse does not blow, then the problem is with the drive mechanism. If fuse blows, the problem is with the electronics and not the motor.

My 5.2t Horizon Treadmill turns on, but as soon as I push the start button it blows the fuse to the outlet. I tried re-setting the breaker about 6 times and then I started smelling smoke. I opened the

First of all, never reset a breaker more the once. If it trips twice it's not going to magically, "heal " if you keep resetting it.
Two possibilities. Bad breaker or internal short in the machine.
Replace the breaker with one not tripping and then check out the machine for shorts.
Just switching out parts is a less specific and more costly solution.

My proform 545s keeps blowing fuse. worked a coupla of weeks first time I replaced it , now blows as soon as I turn it on

1) Lube the deck belt use 100% silicones or wax, read your instruction manual
2) Lube the rollers bearing use wd-40
3) Replace fuse and see if is o.k now
4) If the problem persist you must test the tension for drive belt motor, and adjust it according.
5) Test the input voltage motor, see my personal TIPS for motor help and troubleshooting.
6) Use the treadmills directing from the source DO NOT USE any extension power cord!
7) Test again if the problem persist, now you have power supply or control board faulty. see the block diagram.attached.
God bless you

Treadmill causes electrical fuse to keep tripping and cutting off

Check to see if theres other loads on in that room(s). Usually if youre running something, and something else is turned on, the load can be more than the circuit breaker is able to carry. If possible, try using the treadmill in another area where there is little activity or not using so many things at the same time.
