Skip dealing with it. You don't need the $110 BS "upgrade" as this is a driver issue. Jabra could very well have provided a downloadable and install-able driver for the GN 9350 that would work perfectly, and tell windows not to use the unsigned USB driver in the headset firmware.
Fortunately there is a quick-fix workaround... it is only a little bit of a pain (and proof that their $110 firmware upgrade is not necessary).
When you want to use the jabra with Win7:
1. Plug it into your computer via USB.
2. Go to your playback devices menu (right-click the speaker icon in the system-tray)
3. Set the GN 9350 as the default device for recording and playback.
(right-click, and test, should error (couln't play test tone)
4. unplug the power to the reciever/base.
5. wait 10 seconds.
6. plug it back in.
7. may need to set it as the default again, but you should be good for a while, just don't switch back and forth too much between computer and phone.

HELLO, I THINK THE PROBLEM IS FROM YOUR WINDOOWS, IS EITHER YOUR WINDOWS IS NOT GENUIE OR THE SOFTWARE IS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED, AND IF IT IS PROPERLY INSTALLED, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO REINSTALL THE WINDOWS AND TRY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE AGAIN, I BELIEVE THAT WILL WORK.
