Haven't used them in a long time and can't find the user guide or owners manual for my RCA WHP 14O wireless headphones. Looking for either of the guides in PDF format.

yes but setting it up using wireless headphones would be easier.
3.5mm to RCA Stereo Audio Cable Adapter
Amazon Basics 1-Male to 2-Female RCA Y-Adapter Splitter Cable - 12-Inches
I would try the reset option listed in Plantronics user guide. Here are
the steps for the reset and I will include the link to the user guide
also.
Instructions to Perform a system reset: While plugging in the AC
charger, hold the power/pair button. The headphones will show a solid
red or blue light when they have been successfully reset.
Another poster had this issue, as do I. On that thread someone suggested cranking up the volume of the source (ie the tv/computer/mp3) of what you're listening to. I just did that and the power is still up and running, so that must have been the problem.
Hi Trapper John...you sound pretty frustrated so I'm just going to offer a single, and easiest method to achieve your goal.
Purchase a 1/4" (6.3mm) Stereo Jack to Stereo RCA Plug Cable. If you have difficulty finding this cable as I have experienced, you may purchase it from the following website by clicking on the URL below:

Once obtained, plug your Wireless Headphones into the 1/4" Jack, and insert the RCA Plugs into the Zone 2 Output on your Receiver and your dreams will be realized. Instructions and information on Zone 2 may be found on page 82 of your Owners Manual....good luck my friend.
