You need to contact fixya support staff. You can do nothing by posting the issue this way, we experts are not employed by fixya.com and have no control at all over you being charged.

The Facebook site occasionally blocks access for certain chunks of users temporarily so that the staff can carry out routine maintenance procedures and software updates on those accounts.

These lockout periods are normal and can last anywhere from a few hours to a day or two.

Just try again tomorrow.

You can contact the FixYa staff and ask for a refund if your live chat session was disconnected or unsuccessful. Usually they are very quick at sorting stuff out for customers.

The time it takes can vary, based on how many applications we've recently received, as well as time of year (it's currently the holiday season).
However, I see that you applied again the day after receiving an email about your previous application. Please make sure to wait at least seven days before reapplying, or the staff will pass over your application.

Give your fridge at least 6-8 hours for the oil to run back into the compressor before turning it back on...
If in doubt longer is better...better to wait a few hours then wish that you had...

All that I can tell you is that the updates take some time to update. If you have waited about 24 hours and there is still nothing then you need to contact Facebook support staff. They can fix the issue. We here at Fixya do not have the resources to go any further than this. Thank you for using Fixya. ~WEBMASTER21

Hi Storm,

First, never post any Serial #'s, Prod-Key's, Activation Codes, etc on the net. Anyone can read and use them. I've sent a message to our Manager asking that they be edited out.

Second, you are looking for Adobe. We don't supply Activations for manufacturers. That is strictly their responsibility. Meaning, they play their cards close to the vest.

If you don't mind me asking, what brought you to Fixya for the activation? You are the second person that I know of in just a few hours. Just curious.

We are not satisfied with the results from Fixya. We were asked to wait and did so for 2 hours and the Rep. never did come back to the computer, no we did not get any result from fixya.
