I have model Philips 42PFL5332D/37 screen is greenish where it should be true black... what can I do?

There are only two boards. Master - 6632L-0470A REV 1.3 and Slave - 6632L-0471A Rev 1.3

Call philips. There may be a software update that the set is looking for.

The unit should be under warranty. What you're describing is not normal and I would attempt to get a replacement from the place of purchase or take the unit to an authorized repair center. Below is the Philips support page for your unit. You can check warranty status as well as request repair.
