Bought it in 2005. used it about once a week. worked great. one day, nothing happened. No lights on panel come on! power to it is good, of course i didn't but the extended warranty! Would like your help/advise.

First recheck the electrical connection in the junction box under the d/w. It could be you have a loose or broken connection. If all is well there you probly have a bad control board. I don't recomend this repair to the average homeowner. You might consider the Repair Directory for a repairman.
