F21 relates to a motor or control board fault.

F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain pump to verify that its working. Check the drain line for kinks or obstructions. Check the pump. Remove the hoses from the pump and use a flashlight to look into the suction port. Look for anything clogging the pump (like the occasional stray sock) and check the pump impeller. Make sure there are no broken/missing blades and that the impeller will spin freely. If any blades are broken/missing or if you cannot get the impeller to spin freely, the pump is defective. Hopefully it's just a clogged pump, drain line, or a jammed impeller. "F21" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be displayed. This may be an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:


1.First, attempt to unplug the washer for at LEAST 30 minutes to reset the Central Control Unit (CCU). Sometimes this is all that is required to correct momentary glitches with the unit. If the error code returns, proceed to step 2.
2.Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
3.Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
4.Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.


If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump.

LD stands for long drain, you probably have a bad pump or the pump is clogged with lint etc.

Drop front panel
open pump sump
clear objects.

An F21 error code indicate drain problem. Might you want to inspect/clean the drain system from the filter to catch basin to impeller, pump/valve and drain hose. To do this, the bottom/kick panel ahs to be removed. A bit of a messy job so pls be prepared with paper towels and other absorbent materials.

sounds as if you have a drain issue, most common cause of fault is theres something stuck in the pump housing. remove the lower acess panel(3 screws along the bottom of the forn of unit) youll gain acess to the pump housing, remove the large cover to the "button trap" by uncscrewimg the cover, it will be righthin front of you in the center of machine when cover removed, im sure youll find your blockage within there

"F21" is a Drain Error code. I would suggest you check your drain pump reservoir for any obstructions. The following link explains how:

The pump reservoir can become clogged with debris and present a slow drain problem. If anything has been clogged in the pump for any significant length of time, it can potentially cause damage to the drain pump. If you clean the pump out and the problem does not go away, you will have to replace the drain pump.
