Check your floppy drive and optical drives. Remove any media that may be present. If none exists, looks like you need to reformat and reinstall. Thats what any shop in your area will do first thing. If you have a friend with a pc, unhook your hard drive and slave it to his system. From there you can do a backup of any important info, then reinstall your hard drive and reformat and reinstall your OS.

You should press Alt & F10 as the pc is booting to allow the factory restore menu to start, but this will format and re install as if it were new.

My daughter's ACER inspire one gives the following message and makes a beeping sound "Check Cable connection! PXE-MOF: Exiting Intel PXE Rom No bootable device---insert boot disk and press any key

There is a loose connection between the hard drive and motherboard of the computer, that's why you are getting that message. You most likely need to take it to a computer repair shop so they can fix it.

Acer aspire L320 how do I uninstal and reinstal from back up disc

If you have the restore disk from the Acer Factory it is a fairly simple process. Insert the disk into the CD Tray. Restart the Computer. While is restarting continue to push F12 until you get a Boot Menu. Using the Arrow Keys, navigate to CD/DVD Drive. Hit Enter. It will continue to Load. A Screen will show that says push any key to boot from CD. Hit any key on the keyboard at this prompt. It will load and then you can begin the Re installation tasks.
