If your question is .... how to make google.com as your home page on your browser ... (i.e. it is not about computer speakers) here's how:
If you're using Internet Explorer browser, click on theTools (menu item) ... and at the bottom of the drop-down window, click on "Internet Options". A (smaller) window will open, showing under the General (tab) ... your current home page. Simply edit (or add) into that (top HOME PAGE) window,www.google.com then, click on APPLY at the bottom right corner.
Now when you open your Internet Explorer (browser), it will go directly to google.com.
If you use the Mozilla Firefox browser, you'll want to click on the "Tools" menu item. A (smaller) "OPTIONS" window will open. Click on "General" and you will see the (current) STARUP Home Page URL address. Simply add/replace that with www.google.com and click on OK.
Now when you open your Mozilla Firefox (browser), it will go directly to google.com.
Thank you for asking me directly to help you with your problem. However, either the question you are asking is not within my area of expertise (I am an automotive repair technician), or the question is incomplete and does not contain enough information for me to help you.
hey if you go to hp.com go faq you will find your question and it will direct you to an updatefor your problem its because hp director has issues with internet explorer 7 and 8 hope it workes
If I have understood the question correctly, it should be quite easy.
Obviously you need to have set up an account before a shortcut can be created, assuming you have done this for your parents already, please follow the directions below.
Firstly, Visit the Yahoo home page. Click the link that says "Mail."
When the next page opens it will either be the login page, or if you have logged in before and saved your password, you'll go right to your webmail.
When the login page opens, simply right click your mouse and select "Create Shortcut."
Your computer will tell you 'a shortcut will be created on your desktop' click ok.
You should now have a suitable desktop shortcut direct to the Yahoo login screen.
You can then rename the shortcut whatever you want by right clicking the mouse again, on the shortcut, and selecting rename. You could type, Freds Email or something. Hope this helps.
Same problem (but without any smell). You should try to reset the two computer boards in the washer. You do this by 1) unplugging machine and wait for 30 secs; 2) plug in machine; and 3) open and fully close the lid at least 5 times. This resets computer boards, which can get messed up by power surges, etc.
