Hello,
The reason that is happening is because the water inlet valve is faulty and the internal spring inside of the valve is weak and not fully closing the inlet valve yet its staying opena wee bit allowing water to seep through it. by replacing that water valve it will solve that drip. The water valve is located up in the grill above the refrigerator door. Sad to say that exact part is no longer available but a very sutiable replacement for it is part number 12001414 it is a Whirlpool part number and very similar to the one used on your Sub-Zero (all valves are made by one vendor and sold to appliance manufactures)
It could be purchased at your local appliance parts store or online at;

Thanks Gene for your comment. One other thing...I reduce the water level in my ice tray thinking the water is overflowing the tray during an ice cycle. After doing so, my ice cubes are small, yet I'm still dripping water into the bucket and along the back side of the freezer wall. Could something else be causing the dripping? Defrost cycle not working...clogged drain tube.
No Kirk,if the defrost weren't working it would result in the refrigerator not cooling,If the drain was clogged their would be water collecting in the bottom floor of the ref. and leaking out of the door. However with the smaller cubes that to me means the source of the water was from something else and not the icemaker..if it were from the water valve the cubes would be huge and very oversized. What ya might want to check is for the tube that brings water into the icemaker (about 5/8th" diameter) is partially frozen and spraying water into the bucket(the cause of that will still be the water inlet valve) if that tube is not clear and has anything but about ateardrop size ice build up on it its very likely the source of that drip
