have you looked at pump?

does your inner tub turn free? Check for garment between tubs

Wipe around the inner edges of top and ledge where door meets with machine to close. removing any particles of debris. then using a pipe cleaner carefully swipe out the opening where the locking unit is on door and machine latch. again ,removing debris

I have found that any time a washer will not automatically go to the next cycle the problem is in the control. Replacement is something you may be able to do yourself. There are many help videos on YouTube, just do a search within the site. Hope this helps,

the pressure switch has failed or its vacuum isnt good
so its failed to detect water in a timely manner

so i would check any of the pumps traps and filters
the cold water inlet filter etc
it will be something simple

Do you mean it makes the noise during the spin cycle?

There are two 1/4 inch hex screws on the back of the control panel and a pair of metal tabs at the base that hold the panel assembly together. I found this video on youtube that illustrates how to take the assembly apart.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yxjNiAKvYwI fixed mine by just cleaning the contacts on the auto load sensing switch.

Replace the "water inlet valve" on your machine. If you could post your model number I can point you to the part you need.

Sounds like the drum belt is broken or off the pulley of the motor
