My samsung tv model hp-t4254 will not stay powered up. will come on and shortly after shuts down. the power lamp flashes as if its coming on but it does not. the "chirping" sound it makes when turning on and off happens and i can hear the "clicking" sound as if it is turning on.

This is the capicator $1.50. You have to take off the back, sauter off the capicator (you'll see it because it is poking out) and sauter on the new one. I found the fix on this web-site.
