Hey, your mmc got corrupted, going to buy a new one? Stop here and see it. you can try to repair it.
All the memory card are based on the FAT file system and not the FAT32 or NTFS file system. for repairing you will need a corrupted mmc, a mmc reader, and a PC, obviously.

1) Insert your card in the mmc reader.
2) Find the drive in which it is inserted from your pc.
3) Right click the selected drive and select FORMAT but NOT quick format.
4) Now, in the file system selection part, select the file system to be FAT and not FAT 32 or NTFS file system.
5) Start formatting

HOw to format memory card , whenever i restart my phone , It ask me to format memory card, but i donoy know the code Please help me How to format even i have format from PC and did Master Reset from...

If that would be your case that the phone is always asking you to format the MMC, your MMC could have been damaged or getting into being corrupted, please try using another MMC, and reformat it, then re-boot the phone, see if that works.
If that works(your other MMC) it simply means that your MMC is corrupted or faulty, have it replaced (buy a new one)

Mmc is not detected in the phone (it says "mmc is corrupted" ) though it opens in pc. I hav formatted it with fat option (hard format and not Quick format).other mmc if inserted show the same problem....

Try to read your memory card with your computer, use memory card reader, if problem same. it's say mmc corrupted, need to format also, that mean your memory card damage already.
