hey, i think there exist the problem with the latch connecting the screen and board... anything of loose connection or internal damage kind of thing....
clean the screen with soft cloth. remove screen guard if recently you have added. or if you dropped your mobile somewhere than you have to show it to customer care... they will check it...
Please elaborate the word freezing, ithink your tuch screen is not accepting the input signal you have to do tuch screen calibration my suggestion call the tech. person to calibret. thankyou
My friende has this phone and i play music on it a lot and when i tuch the screen it barleys works and the more i use it i see that it is getting worse and worse and he asked me 2 searched up the prob for him and they sed the tuch part of the phone might just be damage and not working .
