Front load; don't remember model number. very large capacity; largest and considered "best" when purchased approx. 2 yrs ago. always had trouble. wads up sheets and large objects into a ball. now it's making a noice. don't like the washer or dryer. what to do?

I need to explain our situation.The washing machine forum is just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing mostly mechanical and electrical/electronic problems and giving guidance on these for free on the web. In addition the members are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer of washing machines or detergents whatsoever so we have to be carefull what we say;-0)
Sorry but all I can suggest is that you call your local Samsung service agent to see if it can cure your problems. You do not want to go to the expense of purchasing a different washer!
