SOURCE: Photos stuck on integral memory?
When viewing pictures, select the 'Menu' option. Scroll down and on the second page there's a 'copy' function that can either transfer photos from internal memory to a memory card or vice versa.
I didn't know this was possible until today, either. Handy!

Insert the card...go into the menu and scroll to "copy". Follow the directions for copying the internal memory to the memory card.

Did your friend use the "safely remove hardware" function when removing your card from her computer? That could corrupt your card if she didn't. Try this...take your card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak picture kiosk. They can usually read everything on a card. There, you can print the pics or even make a cd of them. Afterwards, format your card in your camera.

Hi there,
Well you can try transferring Photos from the memory card to the computer by using a card reader, after transferring the photos just format your card by computer, for more help how to format the card please follow the below steps -
1. Insert your memory card into your card reader then insert the card reader to the computer USB port.
2. Open up 'My Computer'. You should see it under the list of available drives.
3. Check its contents first to make sure that you have the right drive.
4. In 'My Computer', right-click on the drive and choose 'Format'.
Once the process is completed, take the memory card out and insert it into your Digital Camera and try taking pictures again........ If further you have the same problem then you can try to reset your camera to default settings. also make sure you select the memory card to save the captured photos.
Please post comments if you need more help or information......
Good Luck!!
Thanks
SOURCE: I can't access current photos from memory card,
"copy" is accessed from the playback menu. If that isn't available, decide if the pics stored in the internal memory are important. If not, format the camera with no memory card inserted to erase the internal memory. If you need those pics, then download them to your computer first...then format. Next, go into the menu and find "reset"..follow the on-screen instructions. Then, purchase an inexpensive card reader and download the pics from your memory card to your computer.(and promise yourself to use the card reader from now on...and remember that after downloading, use the "safely remove hardware" icon in the bottom right of your computer screen...don't just yank out the reader!). Finally, format the card in your camera and promise yourself never to use the internal memory again.
