The Atrix 4G (MB860) has a removable battery.
The Atrix 2 (MB865) has a removable battery.
The Atrix HD does not have a removable battery.
I believe the battery for the original Atrix was SNN5865. but look for the SNN number on your battery and then you can look online for availability of that same battery. Please ensure you use Motorola Original batteries rather than knock-offs.
i don't think so that this is goggle update problem. its a software problem of phone operating system. sadly there is no permanent way to fix it. but u could flash it sometime or re download operating system.but in my personal experience bro just sell it.
thank u!
Power off the phone.
NOTE: If unable to power off, remove and reinsert the battery.
Press and hold the Volume Up + Volume Down and the Power button.
The screen displays Boot Mode Selection Menu; press volume down key to cycle through choices until Android Recovery is viewed. Press the Volume Up key to boot in this mode.
Wait for the triangle ! / Android screen to display, then proceed to step 5.
Press both Volume up and Volume down key simultaneously. A recovery menu displays.
Tap on Volume Down key until Wipe data/factory reset is highlighted, and tap the Power button.
Another confirmation screen displays. Tap the Volume Down key until Yes displays, then tap the Power button.
After user data is cleared, the reboot system now option is highlighted by default. Tap the Power button.
try pressing power key + home key + volume up key at the same time, see if you can boot to recovery, then, once rebooted, select clear cache partition, then select wipe data/factory reset..
and better not use a charger not compatible to your phone.. hence it would burn those leads inside..
I'll post my experience/method that I did several times over on my 2 Atrix phones (Both AT&T)
Both phones had unlocked bootloader I upgraded both phones via the Automatic Update (Motorola Website tool...it downloads the SBF and flashes it to your phone) At that point you're at 141, stock, unrooted (I did this over unlocked bootloader) Then I used the Automatic Bootloader Unlock 4.2 to do fastboot oem unlock I root using preinstall method and restore from Titanium Backup
I have not run into any problems going to and from 141 with unlocked bootloader (I did not try going to FroYo but GB works fine)
Just call your network provider and make request about motorola atrix 4g unlock code, they will need your account details and take some charge from you. Other option you can buy instant motorola unlock code from third party sites. Good luck!
