There must be some networking problem, maybe it is not able to take up that much load. Maybe if you re install the facebook then it might help.

click on account, should be a help menu, in that a frequently asked question will take you to the delete option, after you pick delete or cancel it will take 48 hrs before it goes thru

put ur curser over the message until the "x" shows up on the right side of the message. click on the 'x' and it will ask you if you want to delete.

I just asked my colleague, and he says "nothing disappears off facebook" so , you may have archived your stuff. Just look into unarchiving, I'll give you exact instructions if you need them, but you could do what I would do and try to find an unarchive function of some sort. Otherwise if things actually are deleted, you may try the facebook administrators, but I bet all IS lost.


On the other hand I just looked for the possibility,of unarchiving.
Turns out there is a way to download everything they have on you and possiblly your history.

On the arrow that you would usually use to log out, there is a selection called
account settings, you will find at the bottom of that page alittle couple of words that say "download a copy of your facebook data". I haven't seen it yet, but I bet thats the way to go.

Ask her for the password or get her to delete the account herself.

Facebook won't remove your daughter's account unless you have the right paperwork, which may involve a lawyer and a notary public.

Far cheaper to ask her to do it.

If you clear your web browser's search history\cache, your facebook search history will automatically get deleted. I don't think it can be done for just facebook. You can try and contact the facebook admins. They could delete your search history for you.
