This error code means your water sensor has detected a leak. it will stop when the sensor is dry.
Try getting the water out of the trap door and letting the machine dry.
I would also unplug it for secirity reasons.
Basically your water pump is getting tired or the sensor is dirty. Try cleaning the sensor or else you may have to change the pump.

For what it is worth my WE16 often stops with an F-02 display within 3 minutes of starting, but only in summer months. Powering off and restarting usually cures it, and it will then go on to run several loads without problem. I keep the machine in my cellar boiler room, and attribute the problem to high humidity when the boiler is not running. Changing the PCB does not cure the problem, nor does protecting it against humidity (eg poly bad and silica gel). I conclude that moisture getting somewhere unexpected (tacho perhaps?) can cause this error.

Hi just read your posting. Now Error Code 130 means the fault on your machine is called Single Rotor Position Sensor Error. This means the Rotor Sensor which is located on your motor is faulty or the wiring to the rotor sensor is faulty or the Control Module that reads the information from the rotor sensor is faulty. Now to test the wiring you need an electrical tester to check if the wires going to the rotor sensor are broken but unfortunately to test the Rotor Sensor you need a device called RPS tester. If you eliminate the wires as the fault, which is not too difficult, and change the rotor sensor without testing it the fault could be the Control Module.I am sorry I cant help you test the rotor sensor without an you having an RPS tester. Please reply and let me know how you would like to proceed and I can help you as much as I can .Looking forward to your reply.
