My computer crashed..service guy set it up as new..I can still see my Microsoft Office and student 2007 in my programs, but I can't use it. I lost the product key. How can I get it?

What do you mean with this "set it up as new"?Did he reinstall or repair Windows OS?Did he use System restore?Can you start some of the Office applications?Do you get a specific message?
