1. Press and hold 1 or Voicemail key to call into the voicemail system from your wireless device.
2. Press the * key to skip to the Main Menu, otherwise go to Step 3,if you have new messages.
3. Press 4 for Personal Options.
4. Press 2 for Administrative Options.
5. Press 1 to Change Password.
6. Follow the prompts to enter a 4- to 15-digit password
7. Press the # key.
Call your cellular provider's customer service line. Ask them to reset your voicemail password. Can take up to ten minutes depending on the competency of the person that picks up. This is the ONLY way to fix this issue. (Unless its an iPhone.)

dial 611 and say manage my account and type in or say your account password and then wait for the options one of them is reset voicemail password and it should reset your voicemail password.

Just call Spint, they will verify who you are & allow you to reset the password without losing the messages. Good luck.
Not sure what you need the security code for the phone for but this solution will at least let you keep the voicemails intact.
I assume you forgot the passcode to a voicemail box , not the pass code to the voice mail system. The easiest way to fix your problem is to enter voice mail programming(from a telephone) and delete the box and then create the same box again. That way the mailbox when created will come up with the system default pass code
