f the E13 error code is still showing after restarting your treadmill, check to ensure that the wiring between the AC motor drive and motor cables is securely connected. If any of the cables/connectors appear loose, completely power off and unplug the treadmill before unplugging and reattaching the cables.

Note: I can only assume you purchased the cell phone as second-hand. Or, there may have been instructions on the packaging for the cell phone directing you to a website where you could find the manual to save to your computer and to print.
This product is very unreliable and if you purchased it 2nd hand you know why the owner wanted it gone. The base of the machine also breaks after regular use.
Unfortunately they are also expensive to repair and I would not be throwing any money at it but try to sell it off as a repairable item.
An inexpensive exercise bike is probably a better choice than a treadmill which generally are quite expensive for a quality product.
Adjust the REED switch, see the diagram, clean it, tight the connector very well 2) replace the battery well, clean the contacts, retight the spring contacts with pliers very well. and proof again. God bless you
I have the same problem. I phoned Reebok Tech Support 01908 512244. It is a timed icon to advise the deck should be lubricated. If you have done so / do this regularly you can ignore it. To remove the icon follow the instructions they emailed me. Hope this works Cheers John
Please follow procedure below: 1. Keep power on and remove the safety key 2. Press and hold incline down and speed down, at the same time insert the safety key 3. You can release the “Down” buttons. (you will now hear a beep) 4. Press Speed up 6. Press stop. You will now hear a beep and the icon will disappear
