Hi. In you browser box type in Hoover user manual. Then scroll down to Hoover after sales service instruction manuals.. Click on this, and then on Laundry.then on Waher -dryers, follow instructions You will find your model listed there,. Please leave good feedback. Thanks

I have the Service Technician Diagnostic Guide...it was located behind the lower front panel on the right hand side. It's not really a user manual, but wasn't sure what info you needed that you hoped might be in the user manual, as opposed to a Diagnostic Guide.
