I have a CA700 Sentry how do I calculate powers over 3 such as 1.06 to the 26th power?

If you want to measure the cubic inches of a container, measure the length, width, and depth in inches. Then multiply those numbers by each other. For example, if your container is 5 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, and 7 inches deep, your calculation will look this: 5 x 3.5 x 7 = 122.5 cubic inches.

Enclose the base 24/76 with parentheses, and do the same for the exponent 1/7
(24/76)^(1/7). The caret ^ represents the general power key. On your calculator that key may be marked X to power y or Y to power x.

there should be a button that has an x with a y where the two would be, i believe its above the delete button. that symbol is the same as x^2 (x Squared) except you input whatever you need to as the power in place of y. so hitting x^y followed by a 3 should cube your original x.

The EXP key is what's marked EE on most calculators and adds a decimal exponent. 2 EXP 3 means 2*10^3 which is 2000 as you've discovered.

You need to use the x^y key (just above DEL) instead.
