Your new camera driver is simply not compatible with the 64 bit version of windows. Get a camera that is specifically designed with a driver for Win 7 64 bit version.

These camera seem to be delicate. Call Microsoft support number that is on the documentation and they will send you another one. I did this and the replacement VX-3000 works perfectly.

have you checked device manager to see if driver shows
then click and update driver

you have to set cam up with the program
